Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from Vitamin-Outlets for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30-day period. We have the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
